Everyone is Reading: Moby-Duck Discussion with Suzanne BrownPart of Everyone is Reading 2012
We're kicking off our 2012 "Everyone is Reading" event series with a book discussion led by Dartmouth professor Suzanne Brown. Join us on Tuesday, October 16 at 6 p.m. to discuss Moby-Duck, this year's Everyone is Reading book. Copies of Moby-Duck are available for checkout at Howe Library by any Upper Valley resident, with or without a Howe Library card.

Suzanne Brown, a popular scholar-leader of past programs at Howe, teaches at Dartmouth College and is a writer of short stories as well as a literary critic. Her articles have appeared in Modern Fiction Studies and other journals, while her stories have been published in Southern Review, Yale Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, Carolina Quarterly, Southwest Review, and other magazines. She was a Fulbright scholar to Germany and received an Individual Artist Fellowship from the NH Arts Council. From 2009-2011 she was the project scholar for the Maine Humanities Council to expand discussions of literature and medicine for staff in Veterans' Hospitals nationwide, and edited the literary anthology Echoes of War.
